Why must Activation Lock be off?
A device with Activation Lock on can't be reset or used by anyone else, so we can't buy it. Turn off Find My before you erase it, and check it is gone at iCloud.com.
How do I unpair and erase my Apple Watch?
On your iPhone, open the Watch app, tap All Watches, then the info button next to the watch, and Unpair. Unpairing removes the activation lock and erases the watch.
Do you buy Apple Watches that don't turn on or have a cracked screen?
Often, yes. Answer the questions honestly and the offer uses the broken price. If a model shows no broken price, we don't buy it in that condition yet.
How and when do I get paid?
