Why must Activation Lock be off?
A device with Activation Lock on can't be reset or used by anyone else, so we can't buy it. Turn off Find My before you erase it, and check it is gone at iCloud.com.
How do I find my iPad's storage?
Settings, General, About, then Capacity. Pick the closest storage size when you get your offer.
Do you buy iPads that don't turn on or have a cracked screen?
Often, yes. Answer the questions honestly and the offer uses the broken price. If a model shows no broken price, we don't buy it in that condition yet.
How do I turn off Find My and erase my iPad?
Settings, your name, Find My: turn off Find My. Then Settings, General, Transfer or Reset, Erase All Content and Settings. Take out the SIM card.
How and when do I get paid?
Once we've checked the device: by Interac e-Transfer to your email, as store credit at our Winnipeg store, or in cash at the counter if you drop it off.
