Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use techfleet.ca or buy through it. The website is run by 16172083 Canada Inc., doing business as Techfleet ("Techfleet", "we"), 4-1855 Ness Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3J 0Y5.

Techfleet is a marketplace. Independent Canadian businesses ("sellers") list devices on it. When you buy a device, your contract of sale is with the seller named on the offer, and that seller's legal name and GST/HST number appear on your receipt. Techfleet is not the seller of record.

Techfleet runs the website, processes payments on behalf of sellers, and earns a commission on each sale. Every seller is vetted and must grade its devices on the Techfleet scale.

• Prices are set by sellers and shown in Canadian dollars. Taxes for your province are calculated at checkout.
• You enter your card once. Each seller charges your card for its own items, so an order from more than one seller shows as more than one charge.
• A seller may decline an order, for example if the unit has just sold elsewhere. You are not charged for an order the seller declines.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Techfleet never sees your full card number.

Each offer shows the device's grade: Excellent, Very good or Good. The grade describes how the device looks. Every grade must be fully tested and work 100%. Anything else the seller includes, such as a charger, is listed on the offer.

Sellers ship within Canada. Québec is not served yet. Ground shipping is free; see the Shipping Policy.

Every device comes with the Techfleet Promise: a 12-month warranty against faults and 30 days to return it. Returns are covered by the Returns and Refunds Policy. If a seller does not honour the Promise, contact us and Techfleet steps in.

Repair shops listed on Techfleet set their own prices, terms and warranty. Repairs done by Techfleet Winnipeg are covered by the Repair Service Terms.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
