How do I find my device's storage?
It is in Settings, under About (or Storage). Pick the closest storage size when you get your offer.
Do you buy tablets that don't turn on or have a cracked screen?
Often, yes. Answer the questions honestly and the offer uses the broken price. If a model shows no broken price, we don't buy it in that condition yet.
How and when do I get paid?
Once we've checked the device: by Interac e-Transfer to your email, as store credit at our Winnipeg store, or in cash at the counter if you drop it off.
