When you get your refund

Your refund goes back to the card you paid with, once the device has been received and checked by the seller. Your bank may take a few business days to show it on your statement.

If your order came from more than one seller, each seller refunds its own items, so you may see one refund per seller.

If your card was only authorized and never charged (the seller had not confirmed yet when the order was cancelled), there is nothing to refund: the hold is released by your bank.
