How taxes are calculated

Every price on Techfleet is in Canadian dollars, before tax. At checkout, the taxes for your province are worked out from your shipping address and listed line by line before you pay. The total you see at checkout is the total you are charged.

Each tax line on your receipt says who collects it. Sellers collect their own GST or HST under their own registration number, which is printed on your receipt. In provinces with a provincial sales tax that a marketplace must collect, Techfleet collects that tax and its registration number is on the receipt too.
