What your order status means

From "Waiting for the seller" to "Completed": what each status on your order page means and what happens next.

Updated October 17, 2026

Your order page shows one of these statuses.

  • Waiting for the seller. Your card is authorized, not charged. The seller has until the time shown to confirm. If it cannot, the hold is released.
  • Accepted, preparing to ship. The seller confirmed and your card was charged. You will get tracking when it ships.
  • Shipped. Your order is on its way with the carrier you chose at checkout.
  • Delivered. Your 30-day return window has started.
  • Completed. The order is done. Your 12-month warranty still applies.
  • Cancelled. The order was cancelled. If your card was charged, the refund goes back to it.

Picking up from the seller instead? The seller marks the order ready for pickup, then picked up. The 30-day return window starts when you pick it up.
