Should I include the charger?
No need: the offer is for the laptop only. Keep the charger, the bag and any accessories.
How do I find my exact laptop model?
On a Mac: Apple menu, About This Mac. On Windows: Settings, System, About, or the label under the laptop.
Do you buy laptops that don't turn on?
Often, yes. Say it doesn't turn on and the offer uses the broken price. If a model shows no broken price, we don't buy it in that condition yet.
How do I erase my Asus laptop?
Sign out of your Microsoft account, then Settings, System, Recovery, Reset this PC, Remove everything.
How is my laptop shipped safely?
We email you a prepaid label. Wrap the laptop in bubble wrap or soft paper, pack it snugly in a box so it can't move, and drop it off with the carrier. It is tracked all the way to us.
How and when do I get paid?
Once we've checked the device: by Interac e-Transfer to your email, as store credit at our Winnipeg store, or in cash at the counter if you drop it off.
