Battery health and the warranty

A rechargeable battery holds a little less charge as it ages. Battery health compares what it holds today with what it held when new.

On an iPhone, see it in Settings, then Battery, then Battery Health. Many Android phones show it in their battery or device care settings.

On Techfleet, normal battery ageing is expected and is not a fault. A battery that falls below 80% capacity within the 12-month warranty is covered: make a warranty claim.
