How do I find my phone's storage?
On an iPhone: Settings, General, About, Capacity. On Android: Settings, About phone, or Settings, Storage.
Do you buy phones that don't turn on or have a cracked screen?
Often, yes. Answer the questions honestly and the offer uses the broken price. If a model shows no broken price, we don't buy it in that condition yet.
How do I turn off Find My and erase my iPhone?
Settings, your name, Find My: turn off Find My. Then Settings, General, Transfer or Reset, Erase All Content and Settings. Take out the SIM card.
How do I remove my Google account and erase my Android phone?
Settings, Accounts: remove your Google account (this turns off the lock). Then Settings, System, Reset, Factory data reset. Take out the SIM and any memory card.
How and when do I get paid?
Once we've checked the device: by Interac e-Transfer to your email, as store credit at our Winnipeg store, or in cash at the counter if you drop it off.
