Techfleet Refund, Returns & Exchanges Policy:


Devices (Certified Pre-Owned & Refurbished)

  • Exchanges only within 14 days of purchase.

  • Devices must be returned in the same condition as sold, including all original packaging and accessories.

  • No refunds on Certified Pre-Owned devices.


Accessories

  • Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be in original packaging and in unused condition.

  • A 30% restocking fee applies to all refunds and exchanges.


Tempered Glass, Phone Plans & Top-Ups

  • Final sale – no refunds or exchanges.


Online Purchases

  • Free return shipping labels are provided for eligible online returns.

  • Returns must follow the same rules above for devices and accessories.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@techfleet.ca so we can make it right.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at hello@techfleet.ca with your order details.

  2. Wait for approval and return instructions.

  3. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Refund Timeline (Accessories Only)

  • Once inspected and approved, refunds (less restocking fee) will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
