Exchanges only within 14 days of purchase.

Devices must be returned in the same condition as sold, including all original packaging and accessories.

No refunds on Certified Pre-Owned devices.
Accessories

Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be in original packaging and in unused condition.

A 30% restocking fee applies to all refunds and exchanges.

Free return shipping labels are provided for eligible online returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refund Timeline (Accessories Only)

Once inspected and approved, refunds (less restocking fee) will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
