Techfleet Repair Terms and Warranty

1. Service Coverage

Techfleet offers on-site repair services for a wide range of electronic devices. Our repairs cover specific, identified issues as confirmed by our technicians and agreed upon by the customer at the time of service booking. Please note that certain repairs may be limited by the availability of parts and the specific model of your device.

2. Service Eligibility

Our services are available to customers within our service regions. For accurate coverage, please verify service availability based on your location at the time of booking. Services are provided exclusively to devices owned by the customer or for which the customer has received authorization to seek repair.

3. Warranty and Guarantee

Warranty Period: All Techfleet repairs come with a 12-month warranty from the date of service. This warranty applies solely to the parts replaced and the labor involved in the repair performed.

Warranty Scope: Our warranty covers replacement of faulty parts and repeat repairs for the specific issue originally serviced. The warranty does not cover damage from new incidents post-repair (e.g., drops, spills, or tampering).

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

Damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or additional physical damage after service.

Device software, data recovery, or any issues not directly related to the initial repair.

Voiding Conditions: Any attempt to repair or modify the device by unauthorized service providers voids the warranty.

4. Repair Limitations and Disclaimers

Third-Party Parts: In the rare event that original manufacturer parts are unavailable, Techfleet may utilize high-quality third-party components that meet or exceed industry standards.

Data and Settings: We recommend customers back up all data prior to repair. Techfleet is not responsible for data loss or software issues that may occur during the repair process.

Water and Physical Damage: Devices with significant water damage or prior physical damage may have limitations in repairability, and warranties on these repairs may be subject to special terms or reduced coverage.

5. Service Liability

Techfleet’s total liability for any service claim is limited to the cost of the repair itself. Techfleet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the service provided, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or any personal injury resulting from device use post-repair.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Access and Presence: Customers must ensure access to the repair location and should be present during the repair. Failure to be available at the scheduled time may result in a service fee or rescheduling charges.

Accuracy of Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate device information, repair history, and any pre-existing issues that may affect repair outcomes.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Customers may cancel their service request up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without a fee. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a service fee.

Refunds: If Techfleet is unable to complete a repair due to device conditions beyond our control, a partial refund may be available, minus diagnostic and service call fees as applicable.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding repair services or warranty claims, Techfleet encourages customers to reach out to our support team for resolution. Any unresolved disputes may be subject to binding arbitration under the jurisdiction of the local laws governing consumer rights in the area of service.
