Picking up from a seller

Some sellers let you pick your order up in person, for free. When a seller offers pickup, you will see it at checkout as an option for that seller's shipment, with the pickup address.

The seller confirms your order, prepares it and marks it ready for pickup; your order page updates. Bring your order number. When you collect it, the seller marks it picked up and your 30-day return window starts that day.
