Commission

Techfleet earns a commission on each sale. Your rate is set out in the seller agreement before you list anything, and the rate in force when an order is paid is the one applied to that order.

Shoppers get free ground shipping on every order. That shipping is funded from Techfleet's commission on the order, not charged to you on top.

Payouts

Each sale is paid to your own Stripe account. The shopper's card is held when they check out and charged when you accept the order, so a unit you sold elsewhere never turns into a refund: decline, and the hold is released.

Taxes

You collect your own GST/HST on your sales and it is shown on the shopper's receipt under your registration number. Where a marketplace must collect a provincial sales tax, Techfleet collects it and remits it.
