Booking a repair

Find a shop

Go to Find a repair shop and pick your city. Shops listed on Techfleet have been checked by us; Techfleet Verified shops have passed our in-person checks. Each shop shows its own prices, part and labour included, for your model.

Book

Choose the repair, pick a time to drop the device off (or let the shop suggest one), and give your name, email and mobile number. No account and no card are needed. The shop answers within two of its opening hours.

Pay the shop

Nothing is charged online. The shop looks at your device first, for free, and you pay the shop at the counter after the repair, only if you go ahead. The price shown when you booked is frozen on your booking.
